Thinking of Dan and the Currans as usual. "Remember me and smile, as it's better to forget than to remember me and cry." Love - Katie H.

Dear Curran's

I find it hard to believe that months have passed since I last visited Danny's web site, but not a day goes by that Danny and Kate are not in my thoughts.

I hope all the Curran's are well and are trying to enjoy the Holiday Season.

Hope and I wish you a Merry Christmas and a Good New Year.

Your friend,

Bob Clair

Danny,
I think I saw you tonight in San Francisco. There was a very unusual lightening storm in the sky. The blinding bolts of white light flashed horizontally across the night sky. Horizontally! It is only the rarest of occasions that we get lightening storms here. A short time later I was walking home down the city streets and the clouds had cleared. I looked up into the darkness and saw a beautiful white half moon beaming in the sky.
I miss you. xoxo

To Danny's family and friends,
My thoughts are with you during this time.
Smile and think of him...he's inside all of us.

I feel the impact of Danny's loss everyday...having been able to have him as a part of my life fuels me through the tough parts. I feel lucky to have experienced his frienship. I find intense comfort in remembering his smile and warm heart.
I'm going up to Broken Top again in a few weeks to visit this sacred spot. It makes me feel really good to reconnect with him there.

Dear Currans-
I often visit this site to see all of the wonderful comments that people write about Dan. Your family was a big part of my early adolescence through softball and for that I am so grateful. I just wanted you all to know that I think about you all often and my prayers are always with your family.

Dear Friends,
On behalf of Dan, Cavan, Biz and Kate,I wanted to take the opportunity to say a few special thanks to those of you who organized, worked, donated to and participated in The Third Annual Danny Curran Tournament.
Thanks to the Wharf for hosting the beef and beer after the tournament. The food was great
Thanks to Jerry D. and Joe O. We certainly couldn't have done it without you.
Our heartfelt thanks to Mike, Josie and Marissa who worked so hard with the organization, food and shirts, you guys are the best.
And most importantly,to all of you who played and contributed your time and money and got up so early on a Saturday morning, you are amazingly wonderful friends. Your efforts raised almost $3000 dollars in scholarship money for worthwhile students of Springfield High School.
It has been three years ago this week that we lost Danny. Knowing that Danny will be remembered through this scholarship is a special comfort to us. The weather was beautiful and it was a great day for softball and friendship. It was a day for Danny and he would have loved it. Thank you all so very much for your support. Hope to see you all in '05 With affection and appreciation. Mare, Dan,Biz,Cavan and Kate
